Foreclosure Processing - Prommis provides outsourcing of the administrative aspects of the foreclosure process for Mortgage Servicers and Law Firms.
Bankruptcy Processing - Prommis provides outsourcing of the administrative aspects of the residential real estate-related consumer bankruptcy process for Mortgage Servicers and Law Firms.
Ancillary Services - Prommis performs these services in conjunction with its foreclosure and bankruptcy offerings, including title searches, tax examinations, advertisement publishing, automated mailing and real estate owned (“REO”) settlement, as well as loss mitigation and E-Default automated bankruptcy detection and monitoring services.
